- Where are you located?

Two One Oh! Dough is a registered Cottage Food Law home business in San Antonio, TX.  All order pick-ups (pre-sales, holiday orders, custom orders) are available by appointment only

- Do you offer shipping? 

Unfortunately, under Texas Cottage Law, shipping is not allowed. All orders must be picked up in person. 

- How far in advance can I place a custom order? 

I typically prefer a 3-4 week heads up to ensure I have all supplies necessary to complete your order. The sooner we can chat about all the details, the better! If you are needing anything sooner than that, please reach out to me to check availability. A 25% rush fee may be included on top of the given price for your order depending on the requested date needed and my availability.

- When is payment due?

Payment is due no less than 1 week prior to your scheduled pick-up date. *Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full.* Any orders that are not paid in full by this timeframe, will be cancelled. I require an immediate 50% deposit for orders larger than 3 dozen. 

- Do you offer refunds?

As long as you cancel your order no later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled pick-up date, I can refund and cancel your order. No refunds will be provided if the cookies are already made. This rule also applies to any pre-sale or Holiday cookies. Any order left 24 hours after the designated pick-up time will be forfeited with no refund unless we have made other arrangements for a different pick-up time. 

- Are your cookies packaged individually? 

Yes. Each cookie is required to be individually wrapped for maximum freshness and for sanitary reasons. 

- Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, etc. cookies? 

Unfortunately, these options are not available at this time.
